A tourists crosses a bridge over Cascada Cola de Caballo or Horsetail Falls, as is makes a dramatic 75 foot drop through Cumbres de Monterrey in Las Cumbres National Park. Mexico's largest wilderness preserve, it protects red rock canyons, petroglyphs, caverns and abundant wildlife. Located south of Monterrey, the water fall and surrounding park is a draw for Mexican families for picnics.
