Live reef fish trade in Sai Kung area of Hong Kong.  This is an area in the new territories where people come and pick their live reef fish from floating boats or tanks maintained by a row or restaurants along the wharf.  The fish are cooked for them at the restaurants and this area is very crowded on the weekends.  One of the restaurants has a huge sign of a Napolean Wrasse as their billboard.  The Napolean Wrasse is the first commercially viable reef fish to be listed on CITES.  Even though it is protected, it is still for sale at these restaurants.  Ironically because it is more rare, it is more coveted.  Legislation later this year should make it more difficult to sell this fish.
