LaLa Walles carry colorful banners and flags when they come to a saint's tomb. These pilgrimages formed the basis of trade routes that developed in the early urban phase of the Indus Valley in 3,500 BC. Uniform development of cities along these routes is well documented and developed because these town to town group pilgrimages from made it safer to carry goods for trade.
