Atacama Desert Trail Hikers

Hikers stand on top of a weathered mountain.  Floods and wind have weathered desert land forms where hikers climb to the top for a view of the stark landscape. The Atacama Desert is known as the driest place on earth where parts of the desert go for more than a century without recordable precipitation. <br />
Shadows fall in the Valley of the Moon in the Atacama Desert. Flood and wind have left an array of oddly shaped polychrome forms in the desolate, eroded desert landscape.
