Skiers at the top of Aguille du Midi (12,602 feet or 3842 meters)must rope together to get to get to the starting point for a panaramic top view of the top of Mont Blanc.  Mountains guides assist the difficult terrain for the long ski down the mountain. Mont Blanc is the highest mountain in the Alps--4807 meters.
