What makes this situation more difficult for all these tribes is that they are in the middle of an arms trade that goes across their porous borders between Sudan and Somalia.  Every grown man in these tribes owns AT LEAST an AK-47.  Some own ancient but HUGE POWERFUL belt fed machine guns like this Nyangatom man whose scars indicate how many Karos he has killed.
