Phantom Stallion Snaking

Phantom lowers his head to show disapproval, which is called "snaking." THe stallion is trying to control his son who wandered away from the band.  <br />
A wild horse until a few weeks before this picture was made, Phantom was captured in Nevada, deemed a nuisance by some.  His appeal to others may have saved his life. Residents raised $4,000 to move him and one of his mares to California's Wild Horse Sanctuary.
